Shuttle from Budget to Doubletree??

I was wondering if anyone has used the free shuttle p/u from Budget that takes you to Doubletree resorts in DTD? We will be staying at POP and wonder if it would be asier to do the shuttle or just take the bus to DTD and walk to Doubletree?

If they offer a shuttle, by all means use it. It's about a 3/4 mile walk from DTD to the DoubleTree resort.
