shuttle from All Star Music to Dolphin for car pick-up?

Is there a shuttle you request from ASM to Dolphin to pick up a rental car? My friend is renting a car for only one day to drive around Orlando. I told him I think you can request a shuttle from the hotels front desk to Dolphin to pick up your car.......I think I read that here but now I am wondering if it is only a shuttle to the car care pick-up......Thank you in advance.

Just make sure that he calls 24 hours in advance and yes, they will pick him up and take him to the Dolphin
