Shuttle buses to outlets stores

Coming from the uk and Staying at port Orleans french quarter next easter and for the first time in 25+ visits we have decided not to hire a car, so our question is this, are there any shutle buses to and from any of the many outlet stores nearby.

Allegedly there was one at swan/dolphin but I waited for about 15 minutes past the pick up time and got an uber when it still didn't show up.

Disney wants to keep you on property. Taxi, Lyft, Uber.... There is an onsite car rental agency. You could also rent a car just for 1 day.

Take a car service like Uber. Outlet’s have taken a lesson in Disney from greed and are now charging for parking. So if you Rent-A-Car there’s another $10 just to find a place to store it. I am boycotting

The only offsite location Disney will take you to is the airport. For anyplace else, you're on your own. Taxi, Uber, Lyft, rental car.

When I went in January, I took the shuttle from Swan to the Premium Outlet. I made a reservation for the shuttle because according to their website, "Shuttle service is by reservation only. Reservation must be made at least 1 hour prior to the departure time. To reserve your seat visit maingatetaxi.com." Since I was only interested in visiting the Character Warehouse, I took an uber back to the resort.

C'mon. I detest the new parking charges too, but Disney didn't create them - or the practice of charging to park, period.

We are renting a car on our upcoming trip from car care center. Going to hit outlets on our way to the beach for a day trip. Kids haven’t seen an ocean yet. Planning on renting for 2 days and hitting up a water park or two. Make the most of it! Also there is free parking still - just not as much.

Sorry personally I think they taken greed to a new level at Disney. And Just like Disney they have decided that paying for parking isn’t wait to get my money

I will not stay at Disney resort again. I own DVC and will use that if I have to stay without my points I am now at the Swan/Dolphin or off site. Sure they are greedy and charge for parking but they don't charge twice the going rate for subpar hotel accomodations (Sorry Disney but "deluxe" hotels have more to offer than "cute theme" and high prices LOL!)

As for the outlet it's a typical Disney greed. Gee, we can get people to pay for something that used to be free. Sorry, but they have nothing at those outlet malls they don't have at the ones in Georgia where parking is FREE! So I will not be visiting again!

Disney doesn't own the outlet mall(s).

As non-owner, Disney does not influence what the malls do.

Disney did not create the concept or action of parking charges.

swan and Dolphin have been charging for parking for years.
