Hello,
I am looking for experiences with Wyndham Bonnet Creek's Shuttles. I will be there for Spring Break. We will have a car but I'd prefer to not use it all the time. I'm wanting your input on a couple things.

:rolleyes1I want to know how reliable they are to be on time

:confused3is there one park that is not worth the hassle of taking the shuttle

:thumbsup2were the times convenient for all day touring or coming back mid day. Since the schedule is not out, what has been your experience especially since it'll be busy.

:grouphug:how comfortable would you be letting 2 -(they'll both almost be) 18 years old when we go---girls taking this shuttle by themselves if we decide to split up during the day

Thanks!!!

I noticed you didn't get a reply yet.

You may want to check the "I Looooooooove Bonnett Creek" thread over in the Orlando Area Hotels & Attractions forum. There is a lot of information there about the Bonnett Creek shuttle including schedules and people's personal experiences with it. Since you aren't getting your question answered here, you may be able to there.

We stayed at Bonnet Creek last week but didn't use the shuttles. The times are posted as every 20 minutes and we did see the shuttles quite often when we were there. We also had a car and found it more convenient for our purpose. The shuttles did not seem to be too crowded.

As for the girls, if they are trusted at home to use public transportation, then they should be fine. The shuttles run from the resort to the parks without additional stops. They have cell phones right?

When going to Magic Kingdom they will be dropped off at Ticket and Transportation Center not near the Entrance to MK. Then they will go inside the gated area for either the monorail or ferry to magic kingdom.

As well as the monorail to Epcot

you can also get Disney Transportation buses for Animal Kingdom and DHS

they should ask as to what spot they will be picked up on a return to the resort unless you all meet up later on in the day.

Were you at Wyndham, or one of the other properties? Hilton uses Mears and they run fairly frequently, but I think Wyndham may use a different provider.

We were at Wyndham. They use Maingate Transportation.

Thanks everyone! I kind of forgot I posted this since a bunch of stuff has gone on at home since I posted it and I haven't had time to post or read. I appreciate the replies. The girls will have their cell phones but I'm willing to bet that even though they'll have some freedom, they'll hang around the parks the same amount of time as we do and won't even use the shuttles.

I've been subscribing to the I Loooooooove Bonnet Creek thread since July and have gathered of wealth of info there too. Can't wait to try this resort out, just so much to organize before then.

Thanks again
