Shuttle back to LAX

I am starting to plan our days for our upcoming Thanksgiving trip. Can someone tell me what time I need to plan to leave GCH to go back to LAX on our departure day? Our flight out is at 2 pm and we are using the Disney shuttle for pickup and dropoff.

We left anaheim about 4 hours prior to our flight out of LAX and had plenty of time. Our flight was international though, so you would probably be fine leaving 3 hours prior.

Plan on an hour drive time and you're suppose to allow 2 hours at the airport for domestic flights (especially LAX, we don't mind the airport, but the security lines there are always long) so I'd say by 11 am.
