Shutters?

We're staying at the Swan. Kind of on a strict budget this time out. More so than usual. We were thinking of taking the bus over to Shutters for diner and also to check out the resort. My children are 9 &11. Is it worth the effort after a long day at the park?

We're also considering Wolfgamg Puck in DTD.. Opionionse would be helpful

You will have to transfer busses at DTD or TTA. You can't go straight from one resort to another.
Or you can take the Dolphin boat to Hollywood Studios and catch a bus there (probably the easiest).

Expect probably 60-90 minutes of travel time unless you are going directly from a park. Then you have the same problem getting back to your own hotel.
So, it's up to you at the time if it feels like it's worth the effort for your family.

Picabu at the Dolphin is delicious (cafeteria style but very pretty and huge servings). You also have gulliver's at your resort. It's been a while since I ate there, but it was very very nice.
You might want to try something more in the Epcot resort area since you are right there and can walk to the resorts or take the boat (love the boat ride).
Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, and the Dolphin are all right there where you are staying and all have lots of options.

Wolfgang pucks EXPRESS is also delicious. You can easily share there too...I don't know if anyone can finish a meal at that place...not for lack of trying, it's delicious.

I really like Shutters. I hadn't heard much about it, but thought the menu looked interesting so I tried it on my last trip. Had the plantain crusted snapper and it was very good. I'll definitely go back. Good service too.
