Shutters Photo PKG with Disney Vacation Acct? What Else?

So I just finished paying off our cruise using the Disney Vacation Account and Gift Card trick. So i'm happy about that.

Now i'm curious if it's possible to pre-pay for the Shutter's Photo Package with my Disney Vacation Account. Has anyone done that? Is it possible?

What else can the DVA be used to pay for? Can I use our DVA to pay for souvenirs on the ship? If so, what is the process for that? Am I supposed to load it as on board credit somehow?

Any savings with Disney is better than nothing. Doing the Raise and Target process

To pre-purchase any Shutters packages, you must use a credit card. Or you can purchase the package onboard and the charge will be applied to your onboard account.

No, but if you do preorder you do get a discounted price to what they charge onboard.
