Sorry, we haven't done the brunch in a year or two, so I can't help much with specifics. I do remember it as rather pricey but really an awesome array of good food, including seafood...I think some sushi type stuff, smoked salmon, shrimp in a couple of different forms, etc. Will probably do it again in a heartbeat on future VB trips, BUT probably not with the kids. They wouldn't appreciate the sophistication of the offerings, and I wouldn't want to pay THAT much for them just to eat chicken fingers and deviled eggs. But it is yummy for adults!
