Shula's vs. STK?

I know Shula's gets a lot of rave reviews.

STK is much newer and seems to be well-respected, but I don't really know anything about it.

So, if given the choice between the two - and we can't afford both - which one would you choose? Steak quality/cook? Atmosphere? Ease of getting an ADR (we do not stay on property)?

Thanks!

We love Shula's, so much so we haven't tried STK. I find the transport/parking in Disney Springs kind of annoying at times. Valet parking is free at Shula's with validation. That's a big plus.

I've eaten at Shula's and STK but not at the WDW location. Which I chose would depend on the mood I was in.
A younger," hipper" crowd that doesn't mind loud music complete with DJ? STK.
A more traditional chop house: leather seating, gueridon service, large photos of sport figures in action, and "ginormous" entrees for the carnivore in you? Shula's.

You can book either via opentable or Disney's site thus more availability and less worry about ADRs.

Shula's offers aged beef as does STK. I know STK will give you up to a 48 day dry aged steak but don't know the time for Shula's; not hard for you to find out.

Have fun wherever you choose to eat.

Thanks! We've never been to either, but the advise about DS is good, since I had never even considered that part.

Thanks for the advice! I would say that atmosphere at Shula's probably fits us better, based on your assessment (my party-every-night-in-college days are long behind me). Therefore, if the steaks were that much better at STK then I would consider it - otherwise it sounds like Shula's might be the winner.

Although, in looking at the menu, STK seems to have less selection but significantly cheaper prices.
