I want to take my husband out to dinner for his birthday in Nov. We are staying at the Dolphin and he loves steaks, so I thought Shulas would be best. We'll have our two kids with us though (6 and 4). I've heard Shula's doesn't have a kids menu. Would we be expected to order full meals for them? How have other's experiences been when they've taken kids to Shula's? Any other suggestions?

1) Yes.
2) But, you could order a steak and have the cook split it.
3) In some cases, there will be a "plate" charge for the splitting.

Thanks for the info. Spoke with my husband and he said he'd rather save this type of meal for when we can dine alone. We're going to book ESPN Zone and walk around the Boardwalk on his b-day night instead.

He said all he wants for his WDW birthday is a Mickey Balloon and a drumstick! He was eyeing those during our DL trip 2 weeks ago :)
