I'm here. Waging an internal battle over what to have for dinner. Contenders are grilling cheeseburgers, ordering pizza or sticking with my Jenny Craig entrees. Can you guess which one of those options is NOT in the lead?? ;) How did everyone do this weekend?

I had a cheeseburger for dinner last night. As for dinner tonight...I don't know yet.
I need to do some laundry :laundy: and put some hours in at my job. Why is that so hard to do?

Instead we watched a POTC marathon. :happytv:
 
Just checking in again. I had a bad 2 week run. Now I'm doing pretty good again. It seems like every month around the time my visitor is supposed to come things go horribly awry and despite my best efforts I can't do anything to control it. Thank god I am past that time of the month and things are going better :)

Good to be back on the boards after a busy weekend. Totally looking forward to the long weekend to do some chillaxing! Although not looking forward to the BBQ temptations. There's always burgers and carbohydrate salads and dessert....oh how I am a slave to the dessert. I really wish food had some sort of electrocution system that would shock you when you really shouldn't eat it. Just a little shock....not a big one. :scared1:

Anyway, here's to banishing anything that makes us gain water weight!! Away fat cells, away!!

I shed off all the weight I gained during my visit from the wench. Thank goodness. I was feeling pretty bad about myself for a while. Now I'm back on track and feeling pretty good.

I thought I'd give a heads up to any other salad lovers. The Wishbone light Italian dressing only has 35 calories in it and it's DELICIOUS! I can't eat enough salad now lol.
 
I still do oil and vinegar on my salads. Yum yum.

Need to do grocery shopping this afternoon/evening. If not tonight then tomorrow. I think I'll get some popcorn as well as other stuff.

For breakfast I had sausage and rye toast. Haven't had lunch yet, though.
 
I try to avoid the oil and just use straight red wine vinegar. It gets monotonous though. The light Italian is a nice change and it has very minimal calories and less fat than oil. Only 2 grams.
 
Going grocery shopping in about 2 hours. Yay! I need to make a list of stuff to get.

What are your favorite snacks?
I'm thinking SF jello, sf pudding, sf popsicles, popcorn....popcorn::

What are your favorite snacks?

I like laughing cow cheese, skinny cow ice cream (we seem to have a cow trend here...:confused3 ). I also like fresh berries w/ non-fat cool whip.

The ice cream, berries, and cool whip sound great. Mmmmm...strawberries.

As for the cow thing, I am leaving that one alone. LOL
 
I'm here. As of today I have lost a total of 68! :banana: I would ideally like to lose another 20 before my trip. I hope I can stay on track and not lose it again like I did this month!
