Any shrimp and grits connoisseurs out there that can tell me who makes the best? Seen it offered on several menus, but looking for your experiences!

I have only had the ones at Coral Reef, but I really liked them a lot!

I had it last April at The Boathouse. It was delicious but very spicy. I stopped eating the sausage because it was so hot. They changed their shrimp & grits recently because the sausage is not in the description anymore.

I highly recommend the Shrimp & Grits at the House of Blues at Disney Springs. They are awesome. Also the restaurant has an outside seating area with live music.

The shrimp and grits at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' in Disney Springs are very very good. The stone ground grits are from Bradley's Country Store. They are extraordinarily creamy and rich which contrasts beautifully with the tomato gravy. It also features tasso ham, something I rarely see outside of Louisiana. This restaurant's big calling card is the fried chicken, which is good but, in my mind, the star on this menu is the shrimp and grits.

LOL, cute!

So many good suggestions, thanks all! That picture from HBD looks amazing, are the shrimp fried? And unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get a reservation for CG brunch :( We do have a reservation for Homecoming, so the recommendation is appreciated!

Narcoossee's offers it as an app on their dinner menu. All reports I've read about it say it's excellent.

Not exactly traditional, but the ones at bluezoo are fantastic!
Description from the menu: Low Country Jumbo Shrimp, white cheddar hominy, okra, smoked bacon butter
Plenty of pics out there.

I had the cheddar shrimp and grits at the Boathouse, and they were amazing. The new shrimp and grits on the menu does not sound nearly as good to me.

They are andouille-crusted and I think then fried or sautéed. According to a current menu on the WDW site, that plate is $15. It’s on the “small plates” menu but it is filling!
