I did the Kia test drive on 11/13 & called in for my video. It was in my mail yesterday! 
Can't wait to watch it!
My faith in Kia is somewhat restored after all the problems I had in getting the certificate in the first place. That took several tries (good thing the dealer is nearby) and finally the salesman going to the owners office to find a certificate, but I've got my video now!
