shredded chicken and stuffing

4 lge skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 boxes chicken stuffing mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese

Boil the chicken breasts until tender. Save stock. Shred the chicken. Use chicken stock to make the stuffing and to dilute the soup.
Spread 1/2 the stuffing mix in a pammed 9x13 in pan. Spread chicken over stuffing. Pour soup over chicken. Add rest of dressing mix on top.
Cover with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350o for 30 min.
 
Sounds good Pumba. Can you use shredded chicken that you've cooked from a whole chicken too??? I would imagine you could.
