We bought one of these a couple years ago, and never got around to using it until recently. OMG, I can't believe how much I love it! My tri tip, roasts, london broil, chicken, I cook everything in it and it comes out so awesome! I usually just use the large basket, but for a large roast or chicken I'll use the spit. I'm using mine at least once a week now, it's just so easy! Last night I cooked a london broil seasoned with just some garlic salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning, popped it in there, and in 35-45 minutes it was done, and my vegetables steamed on the top at the same time. The company we had over raved and raved about how good it was. I LOVE this thing!
