How long do must of the shows in the parks last? Are they entertaining enough for a 2 year old boy? My dd is going to love the shows but I am wondering if the boy will get bored?

If anyone has been to any of the shows with a toddler please give any feedback you can.

There are some great shows at WDW, but with toddlers you need to be prepared. Do a potty break/diaper change first, have a snack/drink ready and maybe even something that will keep him entertained while waiting..either in line or while seated..that is the worst part.

There are some excellent shows for toddlers. We had great luck with Festival of the Lion King (AK), The Nemo Musical (AK), Playhouse Disney (MGM), Beauty and the Beast (MGM).

Most of them are about 15-20 minutes. Be careful with some of them too because they can be scary for little kid. Philhamagic while a fabulous show is in 3-d and so for a 2 year old things popping out of the screen at him might be scary. The Little Mermaid Show was terrifiying for my DD who was 4 at the time. She was great until Ursula came out. She was HUGE had smoke coming out of her and was VERY LOUD. As for the entertainment factor most of them are extremely entertaining. I would attempt to sit on an aisle near and exit, which is usually on the opposite side of the theater from where you entered, so if you need to sneak out you can. I had to do so in the philharmagic, but we sat in a row with a big post at the end of it and in the middle of the row and when my daughter freaked out during LM I couldn't get out. She was forced to stay in there, while I attempted to talk her down, and to this day doesn't want to go to shows she never even saw because she is convinced it will be like LM.
