Shows inside Disney/DCA

I was looking at the entertainment schedules for inside Disney and DCA when we are going. There are different shows listed. Do you need tickets for these shows or do you show up before they are to be shown? I remember many years ago being told to go to get tickets for the Tiki room right after we got into Disney. Not sure if this applies to the shows today.
For WOC if we are not doing the picnic lunch do we go right to the Grizzly Run to get our FP's?? If we do get a picnic lunch how soon do we need to be there before show? There will be only a 8:15pm show when we go and it will be a weekday. I am still so confused on all this, haha. There will be 12 of us so trying to figure it all out.

You need to get the WoC FP's as you describe, Every other show is simply first come first served. (there are special tickets for Aladdin, but those come with travel packages)

Tiki room is simply show up and wait for the next show.
