On the Dream I only like Golden Mickeys. Believe & Villains Tonight are pretty weak, IMO.

I would say for now Golden Mickeys and Believe.

But when Beauty and the Beast comes on board (November I think?), I would likely drop Golden Mickeys in favor of BATB.

Yes, I am sappy, but I love Believe.

I sure wish they would scrap Villains now and add Beauty and the Beast in time for my June cruise!

I think Villains is the most "adult" of the shows. Hades is a great character, does a lot of ad libbing on the jokes relating them to current events. Plus, it's cool to see the villains onboard, you won't likely see them elsewhere on the ship.

It was too late when they finalized the decision to get it on before the next entertainment troupe. The current one that just started and will be on until about a week before the BATB start was already in rehearsals as they just come onboard within the last month.

Golden Mickeys and Villains tonight are my choices.

I think Villains is the most "adult" of the shows. Hades is a great character, does a lot of ad libbing on the jokes relating them to current events. Plus, it's cool to see the villains onboard, you won't likely see them elsewhere on the ship.

The set jokes in the show are quite stale and not current, but they have tried to keep pace with other one line zingers Villains is our favorite DCL show.

The Golden Mickeys.

I haven't seen Villains Tonight and I was not a fan of Believe (which my husband and I felt was a bit more children oriented than the Golden Mickeys).

I haven't been on the Dream yet (booked for Aug) but from what I've read, the blurbs and reviews, I wanted to see Villains and skip Golden Mickeys. I have already seen Believe, on the Fantasy, and enjoyed it enough to see it again. I will probably see all 3, just because I want the experience, and I love seeing shows. The comments here are getting me a little excited to TGM now, so thanks for this post!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Golden Mickey's!!!! Believe is growing on me...I like it more each time I see it but think whole story line is corny but I like the different vignettes. I like the updates to TGM as well.

I am a Villains fan from way back but never warmed up to the Villains Tonight show. That would be the one I skipped.

I know, when Villains Tonight started, I really had high hopes for it. But it just didn't pan out. It's like they tried to make the villains more "lovable" and sympathetic and not their true wicked selves.

Darn. I never should have read this thread! I have been trying to get the "Villian's Tonight" "theme song" out of my head since we returned from our first cruise last month Now, it's back, "villians tonight, it's villians tonight..tonight!"

We actually loved all three of the shows but my favorite was the "Golden Mickeys". Not sure if it was the content/quality of the show or just the fact that it was our first ever show on our first ever Disney cruise that made it special. You know, how exciting everything is on that first day!

Whatever two you choose, you really can't go wrong.
