shows and characters at HS canceled?

Anything that is not showing up on the tip board is not happening at all correct? I searched for the Vacation Animation Short at HS and it comes up as a 10-minute wait but it doesn't show up on the tip board. It makes me wonder if it is not available even though a search shows that it is? Wonderful World of Animation shows up in a search and says it is showing at 9 pm but I don't see that on the tip board either.

The tip board in my experience is frequently inaccurate and missing experiences.

We were there last week and both of those things are currently showing at DHS.
