Showing up without ADR - 1900 Park Faire

I just got an ADR! It was only for a party of two and there is 3 in our party, I hope we won't have any problems.

You probably will since the two seater tables at 1900 PF won't fit a third seat...keep trying for an accurate ADR. Sadly due to the economy, people may be cancelling their trip...thus cancelling their ADRs.

There has been a change to our plans since there is now no Wishes fireworks on Jan. 29, my daughters 7th birthday. She is so bummed, since Wishes was her one birthday request. I was trying to come up with an alternate plan but neither 1900 Park Faire or Chef Mickeys have openings for ADR's.

If we show up at 1900 Park Faire without an ADR, what is the possibility of getting seated? And any idea of a wait? Or do you have other ideas about where to try for a good, fun birthday dinner for her? Thanks in advance.

I can't speak for 1900 park fare only ate there a few times. But you might have to wait but I know you will get in Chef Mickey's. If you get there at 4:15 to 4 :30 then you will have no problem. Did it pleanty of times with a family of 7 and no ress at Chef Mic's!

It has been several years, but we couldn't get reservations, so we arrived at opening and were able to be seated right away. I would think you would have a good chance if you do this. If you arrive at a prime dining time, I don't think you will have any luck.

If you are able to get even a late dining time, take it. We did this for Chef Mickey's in May on the advice of the CM taking doing the ADR's. She pointed out that we could try showing up "early". When we arrived an hour an a half early, we were told it would probably be closer to our reservation time before we were seated. But by the time we took the loop around the monorail, our buzzer was going off. So, you might try this, too!
