Showing Credit Card with ticket question

I have a question about online purchased tickets. I saw on the print out you have to show ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets

If I am giving online purchsed tickets as a gift, (the tickets have the name of the people using them) how will they be able to show my credit card with their ticket?
 
Purchase the print at home version. As long as you don't have to pick up your tickets at the park, you don't need to show the credit card.

The way kiosk pickup works is that you insert your credit card and your confirmation number and the machine spits out the ticket. If you have print at home, you already have your ticket.
 
Hmmmm...that just gave me another thought :idea: . I was a victim of identity theft in the past and wondered...what if I had purchased my tixs on that credit card? My cc company closed that card and gave me another account. What would a person in this position do then?

I`ll second that. We had an issue with my credit card last year and had to change to a new card. I e-mailed Universal and they assured me there wouldn`t be a problem, but me being me I worried till we arrived.

I should have listened. We got our tickets without any hassle and not for the first time we had one of the best customer services experience ever with Universal staff :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Should have said go to Guest Services and show them your confirmation and have photo ID.

What you would do in that case is not go to the kiosk for pick-up. You would go to Guest Services and show them your confirmation and your photo ID.
 
I realize this is an old thread, but wanted to say "THANK YOU" because I was coming on here to ask a question about my credit card and the kiosk. We did have our credit card info stolen a few months back, and I had to get a new card. Of course, the old card is the one I used to pay for our tickets when I ordered them. Glad to know I won't have a problem when I get there. :thumbsup2
