Yep, it is From the Goofy Movie. Has to be my favorite quote from a Disney movie ever. As for me making the signature no I didn't. I am not that talented. I found it when I was looking up The Goofy Movie and this person had it as there signature. I said I liked it and they said I could use it if I wanted to.

I like the Movie, but the Leaning Tower Of Cheese-Ah is the best. I haven't seen it in like ages.
