I got my promise ring on our last trip to WDW in June 09. As you can see it is a Mickey ring.

Our next trip is Sept 10.....and here is hoping for another ring to show off!!!!

Beautiful! Do you find the emerald gets scratched or is too soft? We were ring shopping and the jeweler told me emeralds are very soft. I am still doing research but am wondering if she was just trying to sell us a diamond.

Emeralds are very soft stones. Not to take away from anyone who has an Emerald Engagement Ring, but I have heard numerous jewelers and jewelry professionals say they would never recommend an Emerald for an Engagement ring..maybe as small stones in a wedding band..but not for an engagement ring

From experience of having an Emerald, It still looks as perfect as when I first put it on. I think the setting helps because it has 4 prongs that serve as protectors. If an Emerald is your dream stone I say go for it.
Everybody that sees mine comment that it is a very beautiful ring and so unique.

My wedding band and engagement ring, 13 days ago on my wedding day.

I love these rings! DH & I are looking into getting new rings for our upcoming VR. My ring doesn't fit anymore and he had to cut his off when something smashed on his finger years ago. So I'm thinking we need to "upgrade" and get new ones. I've been looking but haven't found anything we both really like - but these are definitely something we like. Thanks for sharing!

I'm not sure if I've posted our wedding rings, we got them a couple of months back.

Here they are and my e-ring too.

Both my rings are white gold, and Jack treated himself to a Platinum band, as he has never had a nice piece of jewellery, and he wanted to start a piece of family tradition, hopefully he can give it to one of our grandsons.

We had the jeweler who made the ring also make a custom wedding band with channel set diamonds to fit in the point.
