Here is our tree! Not the greatest pic. but you get the idea! it is really nice in person! warm and welcoming!

We usually put ours up on the 1st Dec (oo - is it a coincidence that we also call them decs )
Once we have the grotto - sorry, room - looking nice we will post some pics of our Dec decs.

We stsrt our outside decorations next weekend, they take a few weekends to do.....lol
The tree will go up the weekend after i should imagne, will post pics, we didnt have a tree last year as we was in florida, so looking forward to this year, have been looking for a nice pre lit one (think real one this year + Isabelle = trouble!!)...anyonbe seen any nice ones???? was after a 7ft due to tall ceelings.

DBF's birthday is on the 14th December so normally we have to wait

But this year, he said I can put them up on the 1st as we're 1) at his parents house for his birthday, and 2) in Florida for Xmas

Paul won't let me put ours up til the first weekend in Dec, I can't wait. I've nearly done all my shopping and I'm going to start on my cards soon as I have loads of new friends from the Dis to send to.

Wow, I didn't know about this thread. I also want to put my tree up next Saturday. I thought I would put all our beads from POFQ on it, along with the other decorations. Then I saw David's tree posted and mine feels a bit small and silly all of a sudden. I'll see what the others look like before I post a pic

Ours is going up on 5th December - we generally put it up for St Nicholas (as DH's family is Hungarian), although Dh would happily wait until nearer Christmas.

All the gifts are bought and wrapped (or ordered and on their way), cards next

My tree will be going up when we come back from dlrp on the 4th december and i cant wait,i love putting it up,and is it whats known as ''hectic'' thanks to all the decs i buy every year from disney!! But my fav decs are the ones of the castle(my favorite thing ever) and one i got in florida last year that is a silver mickey head with ''our best vacation ever 2009'' engraved on it.They stay out all year round cus i cant bear to put them away!!

Our Christmas festivities are beginning next weekend for us. I believe it will be the village first and then onto the trees over the weekend I can't quite believe it's that time of year again! All excited for it though, I enjoy this time of year

I've just finished my Disney tree in the lounge. I will do my tree in the dining room tomorrow & my real tree for the hallway is being delivered next Friday when I get home from DLRP. I haven't taken any pics yet, i'll take some tomorrow.
