OMG I have got one up I have put the artifical one in the dining room and will put the real one in the lounge! I have to say I have never had it up so early and I blame MandyMouse for being so Christmassy! ( actualy I quite like it! )

What does everyone think about the "upside down" Xmas trees? DD's think they are very trendy but DH went today to John Lewis to have a look and said that it was awful!! Idea came from US...don't quite know where you would put the fairy

I'm not overly keen on the current upside-down-tree trend - tho' I think it's how the were originally displayed in the Middle Ages when they were hung from the ceiling. More room for pressies underneath of course...

I'm not over keen on it myself, but then I'm a very traditional person. My girls wanted me to get a black tree this year, but it's just not me. If you've got a trendy house, then I'm sure it would fit it great
