Show/Parades swap questions

So July 6, 10AM EST for signups

How many people to a group?
Are the groups by park?
Do you list the shows/parades and we pick what to sign up for -- like the Epcot swap, World Showcase? Or is it like the character meal swap where we picked what we wanted to do as long as it wasn't a double within the group?

Sorry for all the questions. I'd like to participate but I need to do pre-planning. I don't feel comfortable picking a topic and hoping I'll be suitably inspired.

Yes, EST!

There will be 4 people per group.. You will make a topper and one other element from the list...
I'm going to list each park in each group..and than you can chose the topicl
There will be 3 show groups
There will be 3 parade groups..
I will open up more groups if we have enough interest...
I think I will limit it to 3 groups per person unless we find an overwhelming response to which I will definitely open it up more...
If you have any rough ideas shoot me a PM and we can go from there!!!

Sorry, if that is clear as mud..been one of those days.. now off to bed I'm going!
Please ask any more questions you need...either myself of any of the others can pretty much answer the questions for me..we've all be swappin' around here long enough we can pretty much read each others minds!!!

Are the special parades included? Like P&P parade, MNSSHP parade, Christmas parade at MVMCP, Holly Jolly??? parade at MGM, the AK Christmas parade. Other than the everyday parades at MK, AK, and MGM are there other parades?

Too funny...I wrote it down on my calendar. I think I like the alarm better. Kids schedules are keeping me busy.

Kat which ones are different? DO they have different names?

I know you don't have Illuminations but other than that I have no idea.

The DLP parades and shows are different from WDW, I don't know how they compare to California or the far eastern parks.

This is the everyday parades.
Unfortunately, we'll have to include those special parades in an upcoming swap... Sorry...

Yes, that is how I'm setting up the groups.. Than you pick the show & element....
The parades will be set up the same way...but the 4th entry will be of any park just as long as it does not duplicate what has already been picked in that group....
I may have to adjust groups around...or open more groups up..but I will keep everyone posted...

Already put it down on my list.... Now to get DD to quit changing her mind on what photos she needs for her scrapbook... 65 photos later! I may be sending this project to my mother to handle.. let me spread the around!

I'm planning for MVMCP, MNSSHP, Candlelight Processional, Jingle Jungle Parade, Holly Jolly Parade, Christmas Parade and Halloween Parade (and possibly Holiday Wishes if there is demand.)

It's 4-H stress that is in the way of my clear thinking...and the fact that I haven't done any scrapping for myself in over a month.. Cobwebs have taken over.. I'm sorry!
