i have a folder 8x11 that contains all my disney info, itinerary, ADR, disney packing list, tips form the family board and things to see at each park but i have them printed from a word document, i don't want to carry sheets of paper through the parks so i am wondering what info besides ADR did you put on you sheets.
can you show me pics of what you did.
thanks in advance! :)

I have a copy of every park map before I go...my boss goes to WDW several times a year and brings me back maps every time.

On my map, I put a sticker on with the park hours, EMH times, parade times, firework times, etc. Then any notes I need I write on the map...best places to see the parade, fireworks, etc.

My ADRs I print out from the PS calculator...then I put any additional notes on the bottom of that page.

I use a word processor to make my daily plans for my solo trips to WDW, listing times required for each attraction I plan to see/do (with estimated waiting time and walking time between almost all attractions. I also include the park's opening and closing times, parade and special shows like fireworks, and my meal reservations with conformation numbers. All of this fits easily onto one page.

So when I actually go to a park for the day I have only one sheet of paper, which folds nicely into a shirt pocket. There is no need to carry plans for other days/parks. (Those extra plans for other days sit nicely in the table in my resort room until it's time to use another day's plan.) During the day at the park I jot down brief reminders of things seen/done at the park that might be helpful in planning my next trip to The World.

Hope this helps.

thanks

All the plans are digital and in the Blackberry. I'm going to be carrying it anyway, why worry about extra paper! :listen:

It's on the way. I picked one of the five days I have planned for my solo trip this Christmas season.

Hope it is of some small help.

I am going in 16 days and would love to see a copy of any schedule anyone would want to share with me. We will be at Disney 6 days with a hopper ticket. My 3 children 10, 8 and 4 as well as my husband. My plan is to spend many days at Magic Kingdom and 1/2 day at other 3 parks and end up at Disney most days
thanks-Amy

The index cards were soooooo helpful!!!! I used them more than my tour guide mike!!! :thumbsup2 I also copied my maps that i had from the passporter and shrunk them to fit into the walmart 4x6 cheap $1.00 albums they sell. It worked out so nice because everything that I needed was in the album and I wasn't fumbling with papers and maps of the park. Have fun everyone....this was my first trip and the cards and maps really made it much easier to manage.
