Now I am avid photographer too but when riding thrill rides my camera is tucked away. Nothing like having a several hundred dollar camera banged around or soaked. Plus I dont want to take ANY chance of my camera becoming a flying object and ruining someones day at the park...OR WORSE.

Also I have agree with others who hate it when people take flash photos on dark rides. Really hate having all the effects and magic blown away by flashes going off.

Third I just want to enjoy the ride and not worry about taking photos.
