Show/Dinner packages: Do they come with appetizers?

I know with the buffet restaurants an appetizer doesn't apply.

If you get a Fantasmic, or River of Lights dinner show package does it come with an appetizer?

I remember Fantasmic package coming with an appetizer and also Candlelight Processional dinner package so I would think they all do.
