Should we upgrade?

We were going to go on our normal Jan trip BUT Disney visa gave us FREE dinning and a lower room rate sooooo we are now going in NOVEMBER only a mere 45 days from TODAY!! Here come the question.

We are thinking about upgrading the dinning plan to the deluxe. is this a good idea (only 528.00 more for my family of 4)here is why

We are planning to do the Hoopie Do Review and even though it is 2 credits and we can’t sit in tear 1 unless at 9:00, it would save us a little more then 200.00, plus we would all get a free mugs (48.00) plus, we would also get appetizers and extra snack. So when I did the math I tried to figure out if we would spend another 528.00 on food, mugs and snacks and it comes close. SO… please help me, what should we do. Has any one done the deluxe, is it worth it? Thanks!

We went on our 1st wdw trip this past august during free dining and upgraded to deluxe. For my family of 4 it was an adiitional $636 and it was so worth it. Even though it was our 1st trip (8 days long) we loved having sit down meals and we got to experience the many different restaurants. Dh can't see going back to wdw and not doing the deluxe. We booked a bounceback for next year and dh wants to upgrade to delulxe again.
