Should we send our luggage, or go get it ourselves

Our plane doesn't land until 9:40pm, so I am guessing we won't arrive at Pop Century until 10:30? or so.

Should I go to the luggage carousel and retreive the luggage myself? I am wondering about the time the luggage will arrive at the room otherwise. Given the hour, I imagine that there is a good chance that we will be asleep when the luggage finally makes its way there. Do you think they would hold it at the front desk, or bring it to the room late at night? WE are hoping to be up and out early that first day, so having the stuff in our room would be best.

Thought? Suggestions? Hints?

Personally, I would get it myself since you are arriving in late. We got in at noon and had our luggage around 3:30 or so. We did pack one bag that we picked up on our own so we could have our swimming stuff. I went to check in at ME and my DH and DD waited for that bag and then just met me at the ME area. It was easy.

I recommend getting it yourself. Had a friend who tried Magical Express for the first time this year, and because of the late arrival time, she had been asleep for an hour when her luggage arrived (at midnight - scared her to death when they knocked on her door that late!).

We are arriving at 12:15 AM after working 8 hours and commutting to the airport then sitting on a plane for a few hours.We are opting to take a carryon with Pj's sorry no toothpaste and let the hotel hold our luggage until morning. We too are staying at the POP. ME gave me the information.

Though we are arriving tomorrow morning, I'm still going to retrieve one bag (actually, have DH retrieve it while I stand in line for ME checkin), that will have all of our "liquid" items (toothpaste, Body Glide, sunscreen, etc.) so we can prepare ourselves when we check in, and head to the parks right away. The other bags will go by ME.

Since you are getting in late and think you'll be asleep by the time your bags show up, you should probably just collect them from baggage claim yourself.
