WE have everything set to go to WDW in 29 days form today. The week of JUly 4th My Mom who is going on this trip ( its her, Me and 4 yr old ) This is her trip so to speak ( she has wanted to take $ yr old for about a yr in planning) Well Mom fell and fractured her hip its a hairline fracture, she stayed off and was healing good. Doc told her to start walking again and that she should befine for WDW But she walked again this past week and now ahe is sore. She doesn't want to postpone into winter because we all have bad sinus, ear infection promblems all winter. thats way we picked september to go. Do you think she will be unhappy? Its been so long since I was there. I told her to get a scotter but she want to be able to " zip" into stores etc. I told her I tought she still would be able to get through anything a stroller can... I m I right?
Shes not a big ride person so thats not a issue Im the rider in the family she happy to sit and watch and shop. But she does like water parks will blizard beach and typhoon lagoon be too much? any tips would be greatly appricated

thanks

She's sore because she hasnt used it. Thats why her doc said to starts working it now, to be ready for Disney.

I say go and have fun! If she needs a scooter you can always rent one. I would post this on the disABILITIES forum and they can give you tons of great advice!
