Should we or shouldn't we...?

So my DFi and I are trying to decide where to go on our Honeymoon September/October 2015. We originally played with the idea of WDW when we got engaged last year then I sort of knocked it back. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm the biggest WDW fan and would jump at the chance to go back but I'm worried about going for our Honeymoon. I had been thinking something relaxing like the standard Seychelles or Maldives etc but DFi is pushing for WDW.

We came to the World in 2012 so would be nice to go back again. Can anyone who has been or thinking of Honeymooning here give me their thoughts.

Thanks, K x

I'll be going on my Disneymoon in 41 days!! When my DH and I planned I was unsure like you. But my heart was set on it in the end. The beauty of Disney is that it can be as relaxing as you want it to be. This is my DH's first time. So we are doing it without the park hopper and just spending each day at the park and enjoying it. I have late breakfasts planned so that since we are spending all day at the park, we can sleep in. Also if you decide to go, plan out one night of a really good dinner. We are going to Victoria and Alberts our last night there to close out our honeymoon. Congratulations on your upcoming marriage though and I'm sure you'll decide what's best for you!

Hello MrsLanduyt. Sounds lovely! :goodvibes

We both love WDW so much but I think this time (if we go) we would have to treat it slightly differently and take our time and not rush everything and everywhere. I like the idea of putting in some 'adult' time and having a lovely posh meal somewhere :lovestruc and some time to ourselves.

Thank you for you congratulations (it sure feels like it's getting close now...) and I hope you have a wonderful trip.

I am going on my honeymoon on 10/19. We have Victoria and Alberts booked that night, California grill on the 20th at 915 so we can see the fireworks. BOG dinner on 10/27 so 3 solid romantic events to wrap our fun disney adventure.

I'm going on my honeymoon to Disney next year. We're both obsessed with Disney, so it wasn't a hard decision deciding where we'll be going for our honeymoon. We're going to do all of the normal stuff we do on our regular Disney trips, but we're going to do some special stuff while we're there for our honeymoon, too. We will be there for two weeks, so it will give us plenty of time to relax, go to the spa, have special dinners, etc. You can make a Disney trip whatever trip you want it to be :)

We actually went and booked it the other day!! So excited now. My DF is joking that I'm more excited over this than the actual wedding, haha! :) x
