Should we or shouldnt we? Donalds, San Angel Inn & Restaurant Marrakesh

I want everyone's opinion on these 3 places - Donalds (breakfast), San Angel Inn (lunch) & Restaurant Marrakesh (dinner). Im kinda leaning towards cancelling my Donald's ADR because all the characters that are there, we will see at other character meals. So please give me your reviews about these 3 places and please vote which ADRs we should cancel. It's just DH and I.

Truthfully, we've never done any of them. We don't like Mexican food at all and we still haven't gotten around to Restaurant Marrakesh although a group at work came back and they ate there and said it was wonderful. As long as you and your DH have other character meals already lined up, I would give up Donald's.

I really liked San Angel Inn for the atmosphere...food was pretty good...the only problem is the waiter charged an adult table service credit for my 1 year old. And acted like it was our problem.

I've never been to the other two...but my parents ate at marrakesh twice on their trip last year.

I'd vote to cancel Donald's since it's just you and DH. We had lunch at Marrakesh and thought it was very good. Haven't tried San Angel yet but DH & I are going for lunch in Sept. I really want to try it mainly for the atmosphere.

I dont know about where you live, but here is MA, we do not have any character dining. The only chance my kids have to see the Disney characters, or any characters other the Chuck E Cheese, is at Disney. If I am only going to be there for seven days, every two or so years, I try to do as much character dining as possible. I can eat breakfast without characters any day of the week here.

As for Donalds vs. others. Even though you are seeing the characters again, the themes of the restaurants are completely different. Its will be a different experience every time.

OK, I just noticed you dont have kids with you!! Yes, cancel one of the character meals (though Donalds is one of my favorites. I prefer them over Princesses).

San Angel Inn is one of my favs, but that is because Mexican Food is one of my favs. Its all a matter of opinion. Some hate it, some love it. I think the restaurant itself is a bit romantic, so for just the two of you, it should be nice.

Morrocco is great too. Quite different from the everyday steak and potato meal!

Epcot is a great place to experience different foods/cultures. Try to take advantage while you are there.

Never eaten at Donald's but have eaten at San Angel Inn and Restaurant Marrakesh. Marrakesh is excellent. San Angel Inn is the worst food I've had at WDW. We even went back a second time a few years later and it wasn't any better.
