My DF and I made reservations last year to go to Disneyland 3/9-3/11. As time has marched on more and more attractions will be closed--apparently in preparation for the 50th celebration. So far during our time Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, the Railroad, Mr. Lincoln and Tiki Birds will be closed. Almost everything at DCA will be open.
What should we do? I have never been to DL before and would hate to miss some classic rides. DF used to live in LA so he has pretty much seen everything but DCA. We had made reservations at The Grand Californian and this 3 day trip will cost over $800. Is it worth it with so many rides closed?
I also imagine the park will be in disarray in prep for the 50th.
TIA!

Maybe we could start a grass roots campaign to uncover the castle now.

We are. I hope that schedule is right
I planned this visit around my DD2's college spring break. That's the only time she can get off to do anything. She couldn't go on our Wonder cruise last year because of school
When I offered DL instead she jumped at it
no matter what!
