Should we bring one?

Take the stroller. We used it for our 4 yr old and he is a great walker. We are not the people that take a mid-day break, so he napped in it every day. We will probably take it until her reaches the weight limit (no judging please).

I bet part of your DH reluctance is that he will be the one 'stuck' dealing with it on the busses/transportation...so consider renting one in the parks. You can definitely do Disney with a 3yo without a stroller, but it will be a slow go, with a bunch of breaks/etc.

YES! :-)
I can't imagine not having a stroller at all times. A stroller is also a good place to carry all the stuff a family with small children needs for a day at the park.

Renting one in the parks is fine if your driving your own car. But if your riding WDW transportation than that might be a long walk with a long wait, and at the end of a long day.

Yes. Yes you should! 9 times out of 10 your DD will fall asleep on the bus and carrying a sleeping toddler a long distance is not fun!

our rule is after 4 years old No stroller every but def for a 3 year old

Ditto. If your child does not have any special mental or physical conditions, 4 is our personal cut off. I would say based on what you have described to bring a stroller for sure.

We just returned from a trip with our 4 year old -- we brought a cheap umbrella stroller along, and were glad we had it. We didn't bother to bring it to the parks in the mornings, but it was nice to have when we returned to the parks in the late afternoons/evenings after a nap. Even when she didn't want to ride it was nice to be able to throw the backpack in it instead of hauling the bag around.

Not even reading previous responses...simply responding to the initial post.

YES! Take a stroller. Unless DH is going to carry her everywhere for 7 days without pitching a fit about it. Taking a stroller is minor compared to any whining from the 3 year old if she didn't/doesn't have it, and/or the whining/complaining from the hubby due to the 3 year olds whining. If that makes any sense. :)

We are headed to Disneyland in 5 weeks, and will be taking a stroller for my 5 year old. Does he use a stroller at home? No. He walks pretty much everywhere. But, Disney parks are HUGE! And I believe little walkers still need strollers.

Yes I would bring one if I were you. We are going with our 4.5 year old DD next month and are bringing an umbrella stroller. Not sure how much we will use it at all the parks but definitely see a need for Epcot. So figure it is easier to bring it and have it on hand for when we need it.
