Parades are typically daily, so if it is still around after the 60th, your chances are good.

I think it will depend on what entertainment sticks around after the 60th Celebration officially ends in September. That is something they might not announce until much sooner to that time.

And the Mickey's Halloween Party schedule- those dates probably won't be announced until late July. 2015 they ran PtN during the MHP, instead of the usual character Halloween costumes parade, but it's hard to tell what will happen this year. I don't think we knew until they started announcing the entertainment schedule about 4- 6 weeks out.
