Should the tickets come in the post?

I booked the room online with Disney direct and have received a confirmation e-mail but no tickets have arrived in the post. Getting panicky now as we leave on Sunday!
Do they normally send tickets or do I just take the e-mail with me? I tried to e-mail them but it was returned back to me as undeliverable!
Help!

They won't send you any tickets, you just need either the email or the pdf download that you get through the email too :thumbsup2

You just need to print off the email with the booking reference number on it - thats all you need when you check into your hotel. You will get your room key/information, breakfast information, park maps, and park tickets from your receptionist.

haha - no worries!

Where are you staying? What are your plans?

Well, we're on a budget so we chose the Santa Fe.We've stayed in plenty of ropey places around the world so I'm sure this'll be fine for us. As long as it's clean and warm then we're happy.
We're flying in and arrive Sunday afternoon, our return flight is Wednesday evening so we get 3 full days in the park. I hope that will be enough to see most of it. We are all so excited, wanted to go to Disney for ages now but we've waited until our son was 6 so I think he'll appreciate and remember the experience more.

He'll love it!! :)

We go exactly a week after you! :)

Read plenty of trip reports before you go! They will really get you excited! That's what I've been doing!

The Santa Fe Hotel is good as a base. If all you are doing is sleeping there then it is fine. It looks a little ropey from the outside nowadays but inside it's fine. The beds are so comfy there! One of the + points of the Santa Fe is that Reception, the gift shop, arcade and restuarant are all in the main building at the front of the hotel with no rooms in that building which means that most of the rooms are quiet no matter where you are in the Hotel :thumbsup2

Have a great trip.

It is now less than a month to our trip, and now the kids know too it is even more exciting.

Thanks guys, I thought the Santa Fe looked good enough for us and I know we won't be in there that much. I like the idea that there is a petrol station nearby which sells cheap snacks as I don't want to pay the rip-off prices inside the park all the time!
I really can't wait, all my time is now consumed in looking at disney stuff when I should be working!

There is also a shop in the Train Station right next to the park. Perfect for poping out for a quick drink or for a small snack :thumbsup2
