Should she use Sharepod? Help ASAP

My sister's computer recently got a virus, so now it has to be completely wiped, and she'll have to reinstall all of her programs when she gets it back. Usually when this happens, she reuploads every single one of her files on her iPod one by one. It's really tedious and frustrating, since she has over 600 songs. My question is, should I tell her to use Sharepod? Is it easy to reupload the files with? If anyone could help me ASAP that'd be great.
