Should my TA be shaming me?

I used to work for an agency in a similar capacity I assume this guy is in. From my perspective, I would be overjoyed if one of my clients knew this much about Disney and wanted to plan the bulk of it themselves. It would be quite an easy commission! I was used to people starting from square 1, knowing literally nothing about Disney. He probably is used to these people to, and is perhaps a bit defensive thinking he's the expert and knows whats best. No excuse for his actions as a professional though.

Since its a friend of a friend, I probably wouldn't say anything to the agency owner. I would just go on the trip and then never use him again.
