Whadda ya think about this-
My family has never stayed at a deluxe ( in fact, my DD and I ejoy AS but when DH joins us we usually stay at a mod) but with the great new codes- we decided on AKL. We are all so excited and it will be our first Christmas visit also.
I usually bring a softside rolling cooler filled with snacks and drinks and also breakfast goods. We have always eaten in our room before we head out to the parks. Is this done at the deluxes or will I fell uncomfortable?

Also- where are the ice machines in AKL? We usually fill our cooler with fresh ice in the morning and evening.

We did the same thing at AKL (but we used a cheap styrofoam cooler). You'll have no problem.

Lots of people do this. You can even go ahead and request a mini-fridge in some of the resorts. I've heard of some people even discussing bringing microwaves. There will definately be ice machines available.

I'm a coffee freak, so I'm debating whether or not I'll bring my percolator when we go. This on top of the fact they'll have fresh brewed coffee available in our lounge. Gotta have my arabica the way I like it.

There's no reason to feel uncomfortable over this, so don't hesitate.
