Should I worry?

I made a ressie for Art Smith's homecoming thru Disney dining this morning. I had to split the reservation into 2 but at the same time. The agent said I should receive an email but so far nothing. Both reservations show on my MDE with a reservation number. Should I worry about not receiving an e-mail?

If it's showing up in your MDE don't worry

I've had dining reservation emails not show up for a couple of days (or not at all). If the ADRs are showing up on your MDE, you're fine.

I wouldn't worry if it's in your MDE. Many, many times I have not received an email for an ADR confirmation or cancellation.

I want to give you a heads up, in case you want to sit together, we recently did this at Homcomin', made several ADR to get a big group in. They would not sit us together, or even near each other. Wouldn't even re-arrange things so we could do it once we arrived. It was fine, we made do but if that won't work for you I wanted to let you know ahead of time.

I guess they work differently than Disney ran restaurants, they actually assign you a table prior to arrival and it messes them up to rework it later. So they had us assigned in various places and we had to stay where assigned.

May be worth seeing if you can call them directly (don't know if it's possible or not) to ask them to note your reservations if you need to sit together.

Thanks for all the replies. I feel better about not getting the e-mail. AngiTN, I did call the restaurant directly to a phone number Disney Dining gave me. I left a message and they did call back. The woman I talked to said they book larger parties as a group if you want but you then you have a very limited menu, it's served family style and starts at $55.00 a person. No thank you. I was also told to call the morning of our reservation and let them know that I have two reservations and they'll hopefully put us near each other.
