Should I worry?

Hi

I've made a reservation for breakfast at Crystal Palace but didn't receive the confimation e-mail. Should I worry about it? I do have the reservation number.

That has happened to me before and when I showed up at WCCafe they didn't have my reservation in the system even though I had a confirmation number. I would call and double check, just to be on the safe side.

We are going to do a print off of all our ADR's and numbers instead of taking individual emails. It can be found online on the Disney site in "My Reservations" if that's any help I'm constantly paranoid that our bookings will be "lost" in their system

I've had a few not send emails, but I make sure to take the confirmation # and ensure it appears linked to my online reservation info. i.e. when you go to your reservations pg, if it's not already there, you can serch for the reservation using the confirm number and phone number and it will add it to your reservations on your DIsney website reservation info. I figure even if you don't have the email, as long as it's recognized in the system and on your reservations- you should be good!

I've just discovered it was my fault... I was sooo happy to find what I wanted, that when completing my mail, I missed to put an underscore No wonder why I didn't received anything!

The site won't recognize my email addy either and it also has an underscore. When I am booking it shows up correctly but after I book and it gives me my confirmation # it always excludes the underscore. I tried to call and get the email addy changed but they said they have to rebook the ressie. so confused! I have no email confirmations but they show up when I look under the disney site under my reservations so I'm printing that out to use. Hope it works! Just made sleigh ride ressies and CP ressies that I can't get to show up online yet. Getting kinda worried about that.
