Should I worry--car rental code question

I booked my car rental ressie awhile ago and I've been checking on the rates daily to see if they've gone down (I know I'm crazy to think that they would have gone down!)

Anyway...when I put in my discount code (Ent. card) and coupon code it now says that the coupon code is invalid.

Should I be worried that something is wrong with this coupon? I got the coupon info from the current Entertainment book. I did print out my reservation confirmation and I have viewed it online and it's fine.

What do you think?

Was this national? I have had problems like that...try it again the next day and it may work fine. Their website is often screwed up. As long as you are using the 2006 entertainment book code, and have a confirmed reservation, i wouldn't worry about it.

It's also wise to keep checking rates - they often do go down.

Was the coupon code from the 2005 book? If so, the coupon is expired. If not I'd try it again. Just remember to bring your confirmation print out with you.

No, it's from the new book that I just bought (2006). I keep trying and I get the error message everytime! Maybe their website has a glitch or something?

I have a ressie with Alamo using the entertainment discount and a coupon. I did get a message at the top of the selection page saying that I am usung a coupon and I need to make sure that it is valid , after selecting the type car I wanted it sent me to the next page where are the details on the rental is and I completed the resssie. My is for next Wesnesday. Mabe you should call the 1-800 number if this keeps happening. I hope you get it worked out.
