Should I Use Dreams Unlimited for my Upcoming Trip?

Add me to the list! I've used Dreams twice now and can't wait to make it a 3rd...and 4th and so on :goodvibes. I had used a different Disney travel service before but was disapointed when free dining came out and my agent didn't figure out that I'd save a ton by adding dining to my ressie. So now I'm with Dreams, and I'm very happy :thumbsup2!

Stacey is my agent and she's quick to return emails and always just really lovely ::yes::!

I've only used DU the once but had a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our agent was Tracy and she booked both our cruise, onsite accommodation and MNSSHP tickets. We didn't use DU to book our ADR's but that was only because we had booked CL and used them instead. We will be back with DU for our next trip. (Whenever that might be)

We love Dreams - just made our 3rd booking through them.

We didn't request our previous agent as it was only a 3 night room only but she was automatically assigned :thumbsup2

Great service :goodvibes

You do have to be very patient. My agent frequently is out of the office for the day, and only responds to e-mails between 11am and about 6pm M-F.

I've used one particular agent at Dreams for many years now. She has booked DCL and WDW many many times and I've never ever been disappointed. I have recommended her many times to others and they have always been pleased too. My agent only technically works 5 days a week (about 6 hrs daily) but she always responds to emails outside those hours. I've always had everything taken care of that was needed including very difficult to book activities and ADRs at WDW. I highly recommend Dreams...it makes WDW and DCL reservations so much easier.

I have a trip booked with DU right now and my agent is Rhonda who is just awesome! She is so lightning fast in responding to emails and answering questions and I've put her through the ringer too because I've flipped resorts twice, added then canceled a Universal portion, canceled and rebooked the whole trip and asked her to price out multiple resorts/dates/etc. and through it all she has been very professional, very nice and super quick and accomodating to all my neediness. We haven't done ADR's yet, my booking window opens next week but I have no worries that she will be on top of it to try and get everything I want.

My husband and I are going in December, and we're using Dreams Unlimited for the first time. I love them! My travel agent, Michele, has been wonderful. She sent me links immediately when I asked for info regarding wheelchair rentals in each park, and she purchased our MVMCP tickets, which I've already received in the mail, and she is keeping an eye out for discounts that might apply to my current reservation. :thumbsup2

Awesome customer service, the agents seem to be loaded with a ton of knowlege on everything regarding WDW.

I'll be using Dreams Unlimited again in 3 years for our 10th wedding anniversary, when we'll be doing more things like a Wishes Cruise, and staying a deluxe resort!

We used them this trip for the very first time. I was very hesitant at first, but Tracy came through big. She saved us about 100 after we booked...the greatest email to see, by the way..."Great News! You Saved $$"

She is prompt, polite and thourough.

Good luck!

Not sure if she sent you this link, but if you follow the link in my signature to the disABILITIES FAQs thread, you will find rental information for the parks and also for off-site rental companies.
