Here's another idea: Stay at POP, drop the water parks/quest option and pocket the difference. This way there are more souvenirs for the kids, extra spending money in general. Also if it does get warm enough for a water park day, you could also use that extra for a spur of the moment trip to Wet n Wild, SeaWorld, etc. Just a thought.
