Should I try for a 1bdr for Aug?

Right now I'm going to WDW with 2 friends. Currently we are booked at a studio at OKW and waitlisted for one at Kidani at AKL (thought it would be a nice change since we stay at OKW every year.) Another friend of mine may be joining us now. Although room size isn't normally an issue (Have done 3 adults at POR just fine and 4 at OKW studio,) I'm a little concerned the space may be too tight if we somehow get the room at AKL. I'm wondering if I should see if there are any 1 bedrooms available for our mid Aug trip (doubtful) in case my other friend can make the trip.... At the same time- we don't spend too much time in the room. Any suggestions?

Jessica,
Even though you do not plan on spending much time in the room, a 1b/r versus a studio with friends, I think you would be much happier in a 1b/r. Plus the kitchen can be very useful. Good luck and enjoy your vacation.:cool1:

Ok- my friend is coming. I'm going to take us off the waitlist for studio at AKL. Now I'm really unsure if we should go for a 1 bedroom........lol.

Happy 4th of July to all!

Thanks! My dad (who is really the owner of the points) keeps grumbling that I should use more points and just have fun! He had a stroke the end of Jan so I'll do what he says :)

My concern now is getting the 1 bdr!

And who besides me is willing to sleep on the pull-out couch...
