Should I swap my park days around?

Right now I have this as my schedule for the end of the month for our two park days. We will arrive on the 27th.

Thursday 1/28- Epcot- all day park
Friday 1/29- Hollywood Studios- will have to leave around 1:45-2:00 for our flight home

We have yet to experience TSL and any of the other new rides in HS. But I could care less about Star Wars. But I am thinking I should swap them around to have all day and evening in HS. Epcot and FOA could be enjoyed in less time, right?

I'm assuming you don't have park hoppers?
Epcot opens latter in the day so depending on when you come it can open at 11am or noon, if you need to leave by 2 that's not enough time for anything
Even if you couldn't care less about SW a day to enjoy MMRR and TSLand would take at the least 3 hours, if you are just doing that, again depending on when you are coming DHS opens a 9am or 10am
