Should I rent my ressie or EBay it?

My mom and stepdad have decided not to join us on our December trip. We have a studio booked for them at BWV. We already have all of our nights we want, and another trip booked for April, so I was thinking of renting the reservation either here or on Ebay. Which would be the best? I would rather just rent the reservation as it is instead of renting the points out, just because I don't want to mess with anyone wanting to change dates, etc. I've dealt with that before and it can get to be a headache.

If you price it right, I think it would rent rather quickly on the Rent/Trade board. If you are worried about cancellations, just ask for all the money upon receipt of the confirmation in the renter's name. I have rented that way in the past and it worked out great!

Hello: Why don't you just cancel it. That's the easiest way. It also lets another member use the time, that is, unless you're question is what is the best way to make the most amount of money from my confirmed reservation?

I hate when relatives poop out. At least they gave you ample notice. I don't invite relatives any longer. Exception is my sister going with us next month, but we had a 2BR booked anyway whether she went or not.

To rent a single reservation, easier to use the Rent/trade board. While you may get a little more with ebay, by the time you pay the fees and the like, you will not come out ahead for a single reservation. Ebay is better for those doing this more routinely.
