Should I move on to another seller? Etsy help

My friend recommended a seller for tye dye Mickey shirts and I sent her a message on Sept 30th about making shirts, she responded quickly and said no problem. There was so back and forth about this sizes and once they were finally decided on Oct 4th at night they asked for my email and I sent it to them. I haven't heard anything and and I messaged them on 7th (around 12:30) asking if anything had been sent because I hadn't seen anything and wanted to make sure I didn't miss it. They haven't sent me anything or responded and I need the shirts by 11/10. Time to move on?

It is only a few days, so, did you pay them already? If so, then you need to get the money back first (unless it was paypal, then file a complaint). I think if you have a few days, wait - after the holiday weekend, try and find another person to do the tye-dying!! Good luck. Have a magical trip too!!

You've got almost a month, if its a holiday weekend they may well ahve gone away If nothing by next weekend I'd start jumping.

Speaking from personal experience, I know those shirts take some time in making. I would say that if you don't hear from them by the end of this week, file a PayPal complaint and go from there. Good luck!

I haven't paid yet. We were just messaging back and a personal listing has not been made yet. They said they could make them in time but I need them in a month and don't want to get burned and be shirtless.

No harm in looking around if you've not paid yet But if they do come back this week I think you should go with them (as long as they have a good reason for being out of touch). Bottom line though, if you feel uneasy (despite the personal recommendation) go with your instincts.
